Teeka Tan Products, Inc. has entered into an agreement with RS Distribution, Inc. of Wilmington, NC, to distribute Teeka Tan and Safe Sea Suncare product lines. Under the terms of the agreement, RS Distribution has the right to distribute Teeka Tan and Safe Sea in California, Texas, Arkansas and North Carolina for a period of one year.
